Challenge

Initially, Salad Days relied on a static website provided by Petpooja. While it served basic ordering needs, it came with significant limitations:

  • Customer insights were locked, preventing growth and retention strategies.

  • A rigid interface limited engagement, making it hard to experiment with features that drive conversions.

  • Running subscription programs, offering customizations, or tracking deliveries in real time wasn't possible.

The brand needed a scalable, custom-built platform that not only enabled seamless ordering but also gave full ownership of customer relationships.
