Foxtale is an Indian skincare brand offering science-backed, dermatologist-tested products designed for Indian skin types. Their formulations focus on hydration, barrier repair, and targeted treatments for everyday skincare needs. They're a Series C funded start-up and one the fastest growing brands in the Skincare space.




Problem statement
Foxtale was facing a few issues with their cart - the cart was relatively slow which was leading to drop offs before checkout and the cart was not able to seamlessly support freebies.
Foxtale has always emphasised on building world-class user experiences for their customers and we set out to do just that!
Solution
We built a cart for Foxtale that solved for the following:
Advanced Coupon Management:
Enhance promotions with advanced coupon logic that auto-applies offers.
Collection-Specific Cart:
Deliver curated offers and announcement for each product collection.
Speed and performance:
45% improvement in speed of Add to Cart.
Freebies:
Building freebies, maintaining their price and the right tags is a complicated use-case in Shopify. That did not stop us from solving it for Foxtale!
