ControlZ is a custom headless e-commerce platform for renewed devices. Beyond providing a premium, Apple-like UI, the brand needed robust backend integrations to manage inventory, payments, and logistics efficiently. The goal was to create a seamless operational flow connecting the ERP system, payment gateway, and shipment tracking while keeping customers engaged and informed.

Challenge

The main challenges included:

  • Integrating Juspay to handle advanced payment options like partial payments, EMIs, and other complex use cases.
  • Keeping inventory accurate and synced between the ERP system and the website to prevent stock mismatches and manual errors.
  • Managing both forward sales and reverse logistics (warranty claims) through ClickPost, with real-time tracking and updates.
  • Maintaining performance on a content-heavy site with blogs, high-quality images, and videos.
