In 2021, they raised $50 million from ChrysCapital, marking one of the largest investments in the Indian D2C beauty space at the time. The brand has since expanded into international markets, retail stores, and even launched WOW Life Science for wellness supplements. They're a rare combo of strong product credibility, savvy influencer marketing, and a clean, premium vibe - making them a standout success in India's new-age consumer brand boom.

Problem statement

The WOW Skin Science team wanted to use loyalty as a means to retain customers.

They wanted to use it in close tandum with their discounting engine to improve custom repeat purchases.

Bulk Upload System for Wallet Balance:

We built a bulk upload system to give wallet balance to select customers which was used for improving retention.
